Khawaja Saad Rafique son of Khawaja Muhammad Rafique Shaheed was born on November 04, 1962 at Lahore. He won the general elections and became MNA from NA-125 by defeating ex- federal minister of commerce, Humayun Akhtar Khan of PML.
He was appointed as federal minister for culture and was also given additional charge of youth affairs in the first cabinet of prime miniter SYR Gilani. But afterwards he resigned from the federal cabinet along with other PMLN ministers on the issue of restoration of senior judiciary.
